Ok Magazine is a multilingual literary net-magazine that prioritizes emerging artists interested in translation, linguistics, and literature. Ok publishes fiction, nonfiction, poetry, book reviews, and more in multiple languages, including Spanish, English, French, Korean, Dutch, and German.

We host both writers and translators with the goal that each piece will be published in at least 2 languages. Some pieces are written and translated by the same author, while others are translated by one of our translators.

Ok is currently looking for writers and translators.

Want to write for Ok?

Click here to fill out a quick form or send us an email. We’re excited about work engaged with literature, culture, and language/translation. Even if you’re unsure if your idea fits, send a pitch; there’s always room to work with an editor and develop your piece.

If you speak more than one language and want to translate your own work, this is a great opportunity to push your writing skills! Alternatively, if you have a piece in one language and want to publish with Ok, we will match you with a translator and the two of you will collaborate, with the help of Ok, to translate and publish the piece for the mag.
Want to translate for Ok?

Click here to fill out a quick form or send us an email. Translators can bring a finished or WIP translation that has already received author approval, or we can match you with an Ok writer to collaborate on the piece.

Ok believes that the piece will tell us what it needs and what will become of it, it is the job of the artist to merely bring that to fruition. With that in mind, Ok matches writers and translators to listen to the piece, expand it into various languages, and give it the opportunity to change and be understood in new ways. In some cases, writers and translators may collaborate as a team, expanding a single piece into multiple languages if desired.
